becoz its kills the all the microorganisms organism which are issential for maintaing the fertility of soil and it's also make the phosphate layer on soil that cause no fertility

1) it will grow the plant faster but the plant is less strong and healthy becoz it take time to grow or if by chance it will grow quickly thn its time period so its will weak.
