it is banned because it takes more and more time to decompose in soil and some times animals like cow eat them by chance and they suffer

use of plastic bag have been banned due to pollution as when we burn plastic a harmful gas mix in the environment.and the plastic never composed this may cause several problem .so,plastic has been banned
