1. She had reached the station before the train came.

2. His uncle does not live here.

3. Peter will have been editing this magazine for twenty five years by next January.

4. Peter had taken two tickets before rain interrupted the play.

5. I had seen him twice before he left for New York.

6. Edison had been selling newspapers before he became a famous inventor.

!NOTE! In the 4. and 5. part, "took" and "saw" can also be used, but past perfect is more appropriate, I think.
