we have y=2x+3,put it in the given equation
,we find
4y^2-y-14=0
4y^2-8y+7y-14=0
4y (y-2)+7 (y-2)=0
y=2,-7/4
when y=2,then 2x+3=2
×= -1/2
when y= -7/4 then 2x+3= -7/4
×=-19/4
