Arun was a couch in Wisdom word school and he really loved to have a strict diet, one day he saw his friend eating potatoes and his friend offered him but he denied because he hates junk food so one day he saw the same friend doing flexible moves and he asked him that you eat junk food but still you are so flexible, he replied that having a strict diet is good but with that u also have to exercise and workout to make urself flexible.
