there are many ways through which you can make 100 by usage of 5 1's ....see :

1.   5 x 5 x (5 – 5/5)

2.   5 x (5 + 5 + 5 + 5)

3.   5 x 5 x 5 – 5 x 5

4.   (5 + 5) ^ ((5+5)/5)

5.   5! – (5 + 5 + 5 + 5)

-->the answer will be 100 in all of the above !! :)
