Using the identity:-(a-b)(a+b)=a²-b²

a=3p, b=11q

=(3p)²-(11q)²

=9p²-121q²

 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

 = ( {3p}^{2}  -  {11q}^{2} )

 = 9 {p}^{2}  - 121 {q}^{2}
