5x^2-17/2x+3/2=0. Whole multiply by 2
10x^2-17x+3=0
10x^2-15x-2x+3=0
5x(2x-3)-1(2x-3)=0
(5x-1)(2x-3)=0
x=1/4 or x=3/2

10x^2-15x-2x+3=0
5x(2x-3)-1(2x-3)=0
(5x-1)(2x-3)=0
x=1/4 or x=3/2
