Using Gauss theorem show mathematicaly that for any point outside the shell the field due to an uniformly charged thin spherical shell is the same as the entire charge of the shell concentrated at the centre .Why do you except the electric field inside the shell to be zero according to this theorem ?Plot a graph showing variation of electric field with r,for r>R and r<R)​

1 ans. in the pic.

2 ans. we can expect the electric field inside the shell to be zero according to Gauss theorem because q = 0 inside the shell.

so, electric field will also become 0.
