(x+4)×(x-4)
(a+b)(a-b)=a^2-2ab+b^2
so, x^2-8x+16
now,
by factorisation method,
=x^2-4x-4x+16
=x(x-4)-4(x-4)
(x-4)(x-4)
so,x=4
