${7}^{2} + {0.5}^{2} + 2 \times7 \times 0.5$

=> 49 + 0.25 + 7

[a+b]^2 = a^2 +2ab +b^2

[7 + 0.5]^2 = 7^2 +2 *7 * 0.5 + 0.5^2

[7 + 0.5]^2 = 49 + 7  + 0.25
