 {x}^{2}  - 16x + 64 \\  {(x)}^{2}  - 2(x)(8) +  {(8)}^{2}  \\ using \: identity \:  {a}^{2}   - 2ab+  {b}^{2}  =  {(a - b)}^{2}  \\  {(x - 8)}^{2}  \\ (x - 8)(x - 8)

Answer:

</p><p> {x}^{2}  - 16x + 64 \\  = (x) ^{2}  - 2(x)(8) + (8) ^{2} \\  =  (x - 8)^{2}

using identity => (a-b)²= a²+b²-2ab
