draw a straight line with ruler

measure your required radius.

put the compass on one edge of line and put an arc about half circle and thn

make an arc on 1st arc by putting the needle of compass on the arc start from the line

this make an other arc this arc will intercept the first arc at 60°

now draw a dotted line from intersection to satrter edge

and you have 60° angel..

now you have to half it..

for this purpose you need to put a 3rd arc using intersection point as pivot and make arc a little bigger thn usual and then pick up the compass and set it on the 2nd arc point(where you started to make an arc to intersect the half circle arc from the line but not from the edge side of line) first arc point and intersect 3rd arc with this you will get a 30° angle and now

you have divide this 30° into 15° by making an arc from starting arc and b/w the ray of 30° line end.

now repeat the previous process like put compass on 30° line end and make anothe arc and the set compass on starter half circle arc and both arc should be intersect.

and you wil get another intersection as 15°

now divide this° into 7.5 ° by using previous method and you will be get 7.5° angle
