= -4/15 + 5/2 - 3/5 - 1/6

lcm of 15, 2, 5 and 6 = 2 * 3 * 5 = 30

= (-4*2/15*2) + (5*15/2*15) - (3*6/5*6) - (1*5/6*5)

= -8/30 + 75/30 - 18/30 - 5/30

= 44/30

= 22/15
