Using the'' Conduction tester ''on an object it was found that the bulb beings to glow is that object a conductor or an insulator?

it is a conductor becoz conductors allow the current to flow through it causes the bulb to glow

The object is conductor because electricity can only pass through only a conductor meterial and not through an insulator.Thus the bulb glows when the meterial is conductor.
