HERE'S YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

GIVEN : (4y + 5)(4y + 5)

THIS CAN BE WRITTEN AS

==> (4y + 5)²

AND NOW,

CAN BE SOLVED USING THE IDENTITY,

{(a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²}

==> (4y + 5)² = (4y)² + 2(4y)(5) + (5)²

==> 16y² + 40y + 25
