if you will see the food chain trophic levels you will find that first trophic level will come for producer and second trophic level will come for primary consumer then secondary consumer and then tertiary consumer so logically it is not expected to have more than 4 trophic level. you have to place lion and human beings at the same place because you are not going to say that lion is going to eat man.he has the capacity but he doesn't.
