hello!

The first chief minister of Uttar Pradesh is Govind Ballabh Pant. He became the chief minister on January 26,1950. He represented the Indian National Congress (INC). He was an Indian freedom fighter and fought for India's freedom. He also became the Union Home Minister. He received the Bharat Ratna award on 26 January 1957 when he was the Home minister. His term as the chief minister ended on 27 December 1954.
