because in all three cases except (c) ice changes to water and water to steam it's chemical composition are not changed and can be changed to any form in which it is.

also in D when water dissolve to salt it can be gained again by evaporation.

all are reversible change

but when carbon react to oxygen and form carbon dioxide its raw material that is oxygen and carbon cannot be gained again .

also it is irreversible change.
