Anil was not like the other employee....firstly he was not money minded ..he gave a chance to hari singh to change himself but the thief thinks that instead of doing work ....he should only robe the peoples ...... but anil teached him and when the thief felt that ...now everything is in my hands I can do anything I want... so ... the smile on anil's was the reason of the change in hari singh
