"People's Mall" is a five floor shopping complex in Kurla, Mumbai. Gori and Sameera were enjoying going
up and down in the lift, as they had come to the mall for the first time, taking leave from their Meim-Sahib.
They were fascinated to see different kinds of shops, such as ice-cream parlour, food court, shops of home-
appliances, footwear, etc.
While wandering about on the third floor, they entered a shop selling branded readymade clothes. Firstly,
the security guard stared at them as if he wanted to stop them. Then the helper in the shop also gave them
an unfriendly look. They felt very bad and did not know what to do.

1.As the girls had visited the mall for the first time they behaved weird. Moreover when the were using the facilities without considering their value it created a bad impression of them.
2. Whenever we visit a place we are temporarily staying over there but the helper who works day and night in the Same place for him that place is so special. If somebody does not takes care of such public properties anyone will be rude.
3.According to the condition the helper and guard should understand their excitement and make them calm. Also they should make them understand a few things they should follow in mall.
