yeah our society can be progressive , when people will get enough education.
more than 33.2% people in India are uneducated because of which crime rate is increasing day by day also if we talk about hygiene because of NGOs many states or places are clean but in few states you will find that cleanliness is only maintained in ministry areas and monuments places.

many people believe in castes like people think dalit doesn't deserve to be called human they treat them very badly . Now talking about how we can give equal rights to everyone. education and self awareness and so on. should be provided which NGOs provide.
