When you convert this into p/q form,

we get, 2/9,3/9,4/9 and 9/9

(A small trick I have picked up is, whenever converting take the no. of recurring digits in the form of9 in the denominator and the recurring digits as numerator.

For eg. 0.23 whole bar the no. of recurring digits is 2, so no. of 9 in denominator is 9. So expression is 23/99. This works only when whole number is 0 and bar is for all the recurring digits after decimal point)

=18/9

=1/2
