Answer:

 \frac{2\pi}{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

 { \cos }^{ - 1} ( \cos( \frac{14\pi}{3} ) )

Just break it ;

 { \cos }^{ - 1}  \cos( \frac{2\pi}{3}  +  \frac{12\pi}{3} )

We get;

 { \cos }^{ - 1}  \cos( \frac{2\pi}{3}  + 4\pi)

Now;

 \cos(4\pi +\theta \: )  =  \cos(\theta)

So;

 { \cos }^{ - 1}  \cos( \frac{2\pi}{3} )

We also Know that;

 { \cos }^{ - 1}  \cos(\theta)  = \theta

So the Answer is;

 \frac{2\pi}{3}

Hope it helps you!!
