Yes, value play a most important role in maintaining the social system. Like a person who got good values from his parents. He will offcouse that good values to its upcoming generation also. Like a educated person know value of education. He will offcourse encourage his child to go for school.
But in case of poor one who do not know the value of education not gone to school single time. He or she got married at early age. He will offcouse use his child a helping hand will not send him to school. And also hold his wedding at an early age.
