List price= s.p × 100/100- discount%
=₹ 23.75 × 100 / 100 - 5
= ₹ 2375/95
= ₹ 25


PROOF:
List price= ₹25
Discount= 5%
Therefore Vandana should have paid= ₹ (25 -5% of 25)
= ₹ ( 25 - 5×25/100)
= ₹( 25 - 1.25)
= ₹ 23.75
