"When the Vapour density of gas is at 0.178g/L at NTP can be calculated as
Vapour density = mass of n molecules of gas or the mass of n molecules of hydrogen.
Vapour density = molar mass of gas / molar mass of H2
Vapour density = molar mass of gas / 2.016
1L = 0.178g
Hence 22.4 L = 0.178 x 22.4 = 3.9872
Molecular mass = 3.9872
Vapour density = molecular mass /2 = 3.9872/2 = 1.9936

P1/d1×T1 = P2/d1×T2
Value of pressure at NTP =760mmhg
And temperature= 273k
Hence, P1=760 ,P2= 740
D1=0.1782g per lit , T1 273k
T2= 300k
760/0.1782×273. = 740 /d2×300
D2 = 0.1782×740×273/300×760
