vapor pressure of pure water at 293K , P_0 = 17.51mm Hg

lowering of vapor pressure of a sugar solution , (P_0-P)=\Delta P = 0.0614 mm Hg

we know,

relative lowering of vapor pressure is the ratio of lowering of vapor pressure of sugar and vapor pressure of pure water.

so, relative lowering of vapor pressure = 0.0614 mm Hg/17.51 mm Hg

= 0.0035

hence, answer is 0.035
