heyyyy mate..........

living organisms exhibit great range of diversity due to variations in their structure of an function .All living organisms all group based on the diversity and variations present in nature

Explanation:The reason which led to the diversity of organisms

1. Body structure of organisms

2. Different kinds of organisms - food habits etc

3. Depress organisms which include climatic conditions

4. Protection from predators

5. Mode of reproduction and survival

for eg-white peppered moth was originally white in colour with light spots,to blend with soft white coloured trees, later during industrial revolution, pollution has increased, pollution caused a variation in moth to become more prevalent over the course of 50 years.therefore the population of black moth increased and white when down.

this shows that variation caused a new diversity in moth.

reason for the diversity was survival.white moth couldn't survive in the polluted  envirnoment so a new species came up.

hope it helps............

plzzz mark as brainliest.........

Answer:

genetic variations are important for natural selection and these natural selection result in the change of frequency of alleles.

Explanation:

variations can be caused by mutations , recombinations during meiosis . and remember mutations are not a sudden change they are gradual.

hope it helps you!!
