A 70-year old woman from Shahdara,
Rajindari Devi, was allegedly brutally
beaten by her son, Nand Kishore, last
month. Kundan Srivastava, a human
rights activist said, "Kishore beat her
to kill, but she was saved somehow."
Kishore has been sent to Tihar Jail.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in
connection with the killing of an elderly
woman in Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi.
