Venus is often called the sister planet of Earth. Give three reasons that might explain this designation.

it is because of the following reasons:-

⊙it's size is approximately equal to earth

⊙the mass of the two planets are equal

⊙the composition of both the planets are approximately equal.

so Venus is called earth'S. twin or vice-versa.

Venus is very similar to Earth in size and mass - and so is sometimes referred to as Earth's sister planet - but Venus has a quite different climate. Venus' thick clouds and closeness to the Sun (only Mercury is closer) make it the hottest planet - much hotter than the Earth
