Venus is the hottest planet because it is under the influence of "Green house effect".

Due to the green house effect the heat from the sun heat get traped into the plant atmosphere.

These all happened due to gasses named as carbon dioxide (CO2), water vapours (H20), etc.

therefore, as a result Venus is the hottest planet.
