a- b

 -  \frac{3}{5}  -  ( -  \frac{2}{7} ) \\   - \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{2}{7}  =   \frac{ - (3 \times 7) + (5 \times 2)}{(5 \times 7)}  =  - \frac{ - 21  + 10}{35}  =  \frac{-11}{35}

b - a

 -  \frac{2}{7}  - ( -  \frac{3}{5} ) \\   - \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{3}{5}  =  \frac{ - (2 \times 5) + (7 \times 3)}{(7 \times 5)}  =  \frac{ - 10 + 21}{35}  =  \frac{11}{35}

So, we can see that a - b (-11/35) is not equal to b - a (11/35).

LHS is not equal to RHS

Hence verified.
