Answer:

GIVEN:

a=12 b= -4 c= 2

TO PROOF :

a/(b+c) isn't equal to (a/b)+(a/c).

L.H.S.

= a÷(b+c)

= 12÷(-4 +2)

= 12÷ -2

= -6

R.H.S.

(a÷b)+(a÷c)

= (12÷ -4) +(12 ÷ 2)

= -6 + 6 = 0

Since L.H.S. isn't equal to R.H.S.

SO , IT'S PROVED THAT DIVISION OF INTEGER DOES NOT FOLLOW ASSOCIATIVE PROPERTY.
