Solution:

As you must keep in mind  rational number satisfy associative law of addition.

the associative law of addition of rational numbers is

If a, b and c are 3 rational numbers then

→→a + (b+c)= (a+b) +c=(a+c)+b

So, you don't need to add the numbers given. You can write directly that rational number follow associative law .

So, \frac{1}{2} +[\frac{-4}{3} +\frac{3}{7}]=[\frac{1}{2} +\frac{-4}{3}] +\frac{3}{7}

Hence proved.
