Verify the following properties. Also name them. (i) a ÷ (b + c) ≠ ( a ÷ b) + ( a ÷ c), when a = 20, b = - 2, c = 4 (ii)9×[(-10)+5]=9× (-10)+ 9× 5 I NEED DETAILS TOO. I will report wrong/useless answers.

Answer:

I). LHS=a÷(b+c)

=20÷(-2+4)

=20÷2

=10

RHS= (a÷b)+(a÷c)

=(20÷-2)+(20÷4)

=-10+5

=5

LHS isn't equal to RHS...(proved)

ii). LHS=9×[-10+5]

=9×-5

=-45

RHS=9×-10+9×5

=-90+45

=-45

LHS=RHS(PROVED)
