Verify whether the following are zeroes of the polynomial, indicated against it:
p(x)=3x2 -1, when the given values of x are:- -1/(root 3) and 2/(root 3)
NOTE: 3x2 is actually 3 Square, not 3 multiplied by 2.

Hey !!!!
Case 1 when x = -1/√3
Thus 3(-1/√3)² - 1
=> 3(1/3) - 1
=> 1 - 1
=> 0
Thus (-1/√3) is a zero of p(x)
Case 2 when x = 2/√3
=> 3(2/√3)² - 1
=> 3(4/3) - 1
=> 4 - 1
=> 3
Thus 2/√3 is not a zero of p(x)
Hope this helps
