Very briefly describe the following:
1.)Golgi bodies are secretory in function
2.)Nucleoid in bacteria

1) Golgi bodies are secretory in function they act as middle men . Golgi bodies decide which protien or enzyme of the cell has to go out of the cell and which protein and enzyme has to remain in the cell . They receive the substances produced by ER and modify it and secrete it into vesicles . From the vesicles the product either go out of the cell or remain in the vesicles only depending upon golgi bodies
2) Nucleoid in bacteria contain bacterial DNA .The bacterial dna is single circular and naked ie not bound by histone protien . Nucleoid is not properly developed in bacteria as bacterias are prokaryotes
3)Vacoules are larger in plant cells thain in animal cell if present . They are storage houses of cell . They contain water sap and other pigments . But they never contain useful things . Vacoules are responsible for storage
