This school of art developed in Amravati. on the bank of Krishna river in Modern Andhra Pradesh. It is the site of the largest Buddhist Stupa of South India.The figure and image of males and females carved are the best not only in their size physical beauty and expressions of human emotions but also from point of view of composition female figure in different mood and poses are its based creations
