Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

In A, ratio of milk to water is = 4:5

In B, ratio of milk to water is = 5:1

Ratio of milk to water when A and B mixed = 5:4

Quality of milk in A=  9 :4

 Quality of milk in B=  6 :5

Quality of milk in final mixture =  9 :5

Applying rule of Allegation,

REF image  , we get a:b = 5:2

so , the final answer is 5:2 ( correct answer from google )
