C.P of the bicycle=rs 3000
S.P of the bicycle=rs 2700
As..C.P is greater than S.P
Therefore,Loss =C.P-S.P
=(3000-2700)rs.
=300 rs.
Hence,loss %=Loss/C.P×100
=300/3000×100
=10%

ANS=10%

Answer:

10% loss.

Step-by-step explanation:

\text{Cost for what it was bought = Rs. 3000}\\\\\text{Selling Price = Rs. 2700}\\\\\text{Since, CP $>$ SP, There is a loss.}\\\\\text{Loss in Rs. = Rs. 3000-2700 = Rs. 300}\\\\\text{Thus, loss percentage = } \dfrac{300}{3000} \times 100 = \large \underline{\boxed{\boxed{\bold{10 \: \% \: loss}}}}

Hope it helps.
