Simple answer in past few years westernization in indian young generation is visible, Have a big roles in increasing rape crimes. Pornography, liqour, and a social life of Bars, Night clubs is increasing.
I myself lived in west, more than 10 years. Here you can see people taking unknown girls to homes after they are drunk at night clubs or bars or even on street, girl even do not know with-whome she is going, where she is going, this is a rape, but it is mostly not reported.
May be some feminists will shout against me for this comment but this is the truth that westernisation of Indian Culture have a big role in increasing rape crimes in INDIA.
