All of the above statements are true.

a. Ethics conveys conduct of right and wrong behavior whereas religious morality directs towards practicing devotion and beliefs.

b. Ethics are logical and realistic in approach. It is a set of disciplines that propagates right and wrong. It distinctively separates the same and teaches an individual to practice that is ethically correct and appropriate. It guides human behavior in a social situation.

c. Ethics and morality are often used identically and thought to be indistinguishable but they differ literally in the meaning that they carry. Ethics are referred to as the social rules that are applicable for everyone whereas morality depends on an individual.  Everyone has their principles of life and that is referred to as moral principles. An individual may act according to the moral rules that may direct him of what is morally right and wrong.
