Blue light scatters in the atmosphere , this theory doesnot have to do anything worth the wavenght, The atmosphere has the property of absorbing all the color lights of the sun rays and reflecting blue Ray's, and these blue Ray's enter our eyes and we see that the atmosphere is in blue color..
