The ratio of the percentage of liquid B in the two mixtures is 46:45.

Vipin adds 3L of liquid A in 6L of liquid B.

So, fraction of liquid B present = 6/(6+3) = 6/9

Percentage of liquid B present = (6/9) × 100% = 66.67%

Mohit adds 8L of liquid A in 15L of liquid B.

So, fraction of liquid B present = 15/(15+8) = 15/23

Percentage of liquid B present = (15/23) × 100% = 65.22%

So ratio of the percentages of milk in the two mixtures = (66.67%/65.22%) =

([6/9] / [15/23]) = 46/45

= 46 : 45

Required ratio = 46 : 45.
