MILK CHILLING

Some of the processes of chilling of milk are as follows -

1. Addition Of Ice Directly

In this method, the milk is chilled or cooled directly by directly dropping some ice into the milk. Rapid cooling of milk occurs by this process.

2. Surface Cooler

Here, water is made to flow in the inner portion of the water cooler and the milk is allowed to flow through the outer region of the water cooler. By doing this, the temprerature of milk comes down.
