When you enter the police station you find several offices along the way before reaching the desk where they have the occurrence  boook. The offices indicate the department that works there and some of the services they offer are enlisted on a board. You report a case at the occurrence book desk and then are referred  to other offices if need be. The officer commanding station has his own office where you can file complaint about the services offered.
