1-if a rooster mate with a hen then the egg is fertile and if it doesn't mate then absolutely the egg is infertile.

2-it also depends on mating with a rooster.

3-yes,because when we kept a fertilized egg in a fridge the embryo is no longer to produce.So that's why it is easy to consume or eat fertilized egg such as unfertilized egg.
