Along with my family, I went to visit the Taj Mahal during the winter vacation. My father, mother, and my sister all woke up early in the morning and got ready. We reached there and found that the weather was very pleasant there. We took the tickets and went inside the premises. When we looked at the Taj Mahal, it was so beautiful and tempting. It was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mamtaj Mahal. Taj Mahal has been built on the banks of the Yamuna river. The white marble and great architectural designs were very beautiful. People were restricted to touch and throw any wastes on the premises. Inside the monument, the temperature was very cool. It was a very pleasant visit. We learned many things about history and art during those times.
