I have a market nearby my when I visited the market I found that onion was 30 RS kg and and after a month when I visited the market the price of onion was 20rs kg so, the rate was decreased so after every month the rate increases or decreases as per the quantity or quality of the vegetables so, there is a fluctuation in rate of vegetables after every month.
